How blissful is the Bliss daily detoxifying facial toner?

Was that too cheesy? Should I make a Bliss series?

So, I was in the market for a new toner, and I heard good things about bliss; so I was excited to find the Bliss daily detoxifying toner at TJMaxx, though initially I thought it was the cleanser when I bought it (I really should read the label before getting excited). But I decided to keep it and give it a try. The bottle comes with 200 ml in a clear and simple package that gives a nice clean impression, which I like, while the toner itself is light blue. The product is slightly thick, like water that has soap dissolved in it, and smells like, you guessed it, soap! But I will say that I really don't like the pump. It's on the stiff side so you end up getting way too much product and it ends up shooting out. And there are no half pumps with this bottle either. It's not the worst, but I have to cover the pump with a cotton ball so it doesn't go everywhere. On the positive side, I like that the toner picks up anything the cleanser didn't wash off, but it leaves a slightly tacky film on your face that lessens after it's left to dry, but it's still stays tacky. I heard this from other people, but some found it to be more moisturizing than tacky. The bottle says "all skin types," so I was a little bothered by it since I have combination skin and I usually don't need the extra moisture, but dry skin may prefer this. The toner doesn't really irritate my skin, which is a good thing since some toners are just too harsh for me.

In the end though, I wouldn't by this toner again because it goes for about $22, and I just think there are better toners out there for what I need. Also, this toner is probably best suited for dry skin so that may be why it's not for me.
