How much do I love BareMinerals cleanser and moisturizer?

A while back I was having really sensitive skin issues and nothing was helping. All of the different products that were being raved about did nothing and some even made it worse. Yikes! I'm talking about red faced, itchy, burning skin. It's clear that I was desperate. So on a trip to Ulta, a beauty store in the U.S, I got the purifying facial cleanser and purely nourishing moisturizer by BareMinerals in a trial kit when I was looking for a gentel product. This clenaser is so good! It's the only cleanser I found that didn't irritate my sensitive skin, and I have tried so many from high end to drug store. It has a pleasent smell and a cloudy white colore with a slight gel consistancy. The cleanser didn't dry out my skin and left it feeling really clean and soft. I followed it with the moisturizer that had a slightly runny consistancy which I liked for my combination skin, though I did find it just a tad heavy for the oilier parts of my skin. Neither one of the products broke me out, which is always a good thing. Though on a side note, these products aren't meant to treat acne, so I would probably put in an acne treatment step.

Also, I used up a sample of the moisturizer for dry skin that was equially amazing, if not slightly more amazing. It was during the winter when my skin was dry, chapped, and sensitize and the moisturizer didn't bother my skin at all.

Now that my skin has calmed down, I'm not using the cleanser or combo moisturizer because I'm trying to go through other products, and I'm planning on buying the dry skin moisturizer in the winter. I really recommend these products and, once I'm done with what I'm using, I want to try some different products from the brand.

So in the end, I really love these two products if only because they were the only products I could use for my hyper-sensitive skin. These products, and possibly the whole line, are my Cetaphil, Purity Made Simple, Aveeno, and any other sensitive skin aimed line.

Is there a product that was the fix you needed or maybe one that didn't live up to the hype?
